Savannah Comedy Fest - Info & Specifics

No more than 5 acts will perform each night.
Performance Submission deadline is Sunday, January 1, 2023 at 11:59PM. Up to 10 acts will be selected
Groups will have a 20-40 minute sets.
Scripted Shows Groups will have to provide scripts with tech cues marked as well as all sound and video cues on a memory stick. SCF staff will run tech for all performances, no exceptions. Each group will get a block of time for tech and blocking rehearsal.
Groups selected will be notified no later than January 15, 2023.
We are also accepting video shorts and sketches to be shown screened during the festival. Deadline to submit a video is January 1 at 11:59PM.
Video selections will be made by January 15.

I understand there is a $35 submission fee per entry. Live Performance Submissions close on 12/1/23 at 11:59PM EST. Video Submissions close on 12/15/23 at 11:59PM EST. Submission fees are non-refundable and due at the time of application. Applications will not be reviewed until the submission fee has been paid. All performers must comply with local, state, venue and Savannah Comedy Fest policies regarding COVID masking and vaccination status.
